About the role:
We‘re on the hunt for an experienced onboarding/implementation specialist to join the Customer Success Team. In this role, you would own the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle; onboarding and adoption.

Utilising your project management skills, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful rollout of Zipline products (hardware and software) for our enterprise customers, supporting them from kick-off through to BAU and handover to their CSM.

Key responsibilities:
- Build, own, and execute onboarding success plans
- Facilitate kick-off meetings with customers, engaging and coordinating stakeholders at various levels
- Effectively project manage multi-tranche projects across several customers concurrently, balancing priorities to ensure
timelines are met
- Deliver product training to large groups of users and stakeholdersCreate guides, videos and articles to increase user proficiency 

About you:
- 3+ years managing complex enterprise implementation projects with experience either in SaaS or Health/Aged Care
environmentsYou’re an exceptional communicator with impressive executive presence
- You’re known for being a good collaborator and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm throughout the onboarding
