About the role:
As an Operations Assistant you’ll support growth in our Customer Device Operations team. Day-to-day, you’ll be working with our operations team members in providing exceptional care for our customers. You'll help us configure, prepare, send and receive customer devices (tablets, stands, printers, etc). You will be responsible for making sure our customers have a great experience when they receive those devices.

Key responsibilities:
- Pick and pack the right devices and accessories to fulfil customer orders
- Receive and allocate storage space for new items coming from suppliers
- Configure tablet settings, network and applications in preparation for customer receiving their plug-n-play devices
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, observe OH&S requirementsAssist in device troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist in performing regular stocktake.

 About you:
- You’re tech-savvy, comfortable with touch-screen device configuration
- You’re honest, reliable, quick learner
- You have prior experience in warehouse operations
- You’re an exceptional communicator 
- You have a strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to solve problems, including basic technology
troubleshooting
- You’re a great time manager and can work self sufficiently
