The Talent Sourcer is a must-have role for any Talent Acquisition team nowadays, so we’re looking for a person with excellent communication skills and a deep interest in modern sourcing trends and tools. In this role, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities, but also closely work together with recruiters, hiring managers, and other members of the team. In short, you will own the top-of-the-funnel activity for the most challenging roles our team needs.

What you will do:

    • Sourcing strategy development. Together with your colleagues from the Talent Acquisition team, you will develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company’s talent acquisition strategy
    • Lead generation. This is arguably the most important task, building the pipeline to let recruitment activities move forward 
    • Candidate outreach and initial approach. You will play around with different reach-out approaches and see what works for this boiling market the best way 
    • Build and maintain a talent pool. You will own this process to create a strong foundation for the organization’s future hiring needs

About you:

    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels
    • Technical savviness to keep awareness of cutting-edge tech market demand 
    • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
    • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse/Lever/etc
    • Interest in developing within recruitment function 
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
