As a Reali Sales Development Rep, you will be the initial point of contact welcoming potential buyers and sellers to Reali. You’ll be an integral part in qualifying our leads (both buyers and sellers) and educating them on who Reali is, how we operate, and why they should use us. You will also be responsible for helping us grow our business by getting new clients excited about working with Reali.  If you're passionate about helping people with the biggest transaction of their lives and transforming the real estate industry, we want you to apply to be a part of the Reali Family. Responsibilities

    • Respond to inbound leads from prospective buyers and sellers via email, phone, and the Reali site and apps (no cold calls)
    • Connect with leads and introduce them to Reali, while verifying they are a quality lead (buyer or seller)
    • Nurture prospects by helping to educate and prepare to them to buy or sell a home
    • Match prospective clients with local Reali licensed agents for home showings or listing consultations
    • Use state of the art technology to efficiently connect with and manage a large number of prospects
    • Earn bonuses for new customers you gain for Reali
    • Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

    • Real estate license preferred (not required)
    • Inside sales experience preferred
    • Ability to multitask by talking with customers while conducting research online, chatting with multiple users, etc.
    • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with G-Suite and computer savvy
    • Career path opportunity to become a licensed Real Estate agent
