Reby is a new fast and convenient Urban Mobility service that provides on-demand electric kickscooters. We are a new stealth-mode tech mobility startup based in Barcelona. We have an outstanding team coming from companies like Rocket Internet, Linio, Twitter, Uber, Lyft or Tesla. We are well-backed by top-tier investors and launching operations in Barcelona pretty soon.

You’ll be a part of a close-knit team, working in concert with a focused organization comprised of other Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.

Being part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, leading and shaping the end to end Customer Service Experience across our company. You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be very result-oriented.
You must be passionate about Startups & understand perfectly how they work and what kind of profiles you can find in them. You truly are a people person and enjoy making things better.

What you’ll do

    • Structure the Support team optimallyImprove customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
    • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
    • Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to their customer service.
    • Coordinate the operation on a daily basis.
    • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
    • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
    • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents.
    • Nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Requirements

    • Proven working experience as a customer service manager
    • Experience in providing customer service supportProactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
    • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Customer service orientation
