About the Role:
The Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional initiatives that span Engineering and Product. This role is critical to ensuring Recast delivers on its roadmap with clarity, velocity, and measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role with no fixed schedule. Office attendance is typically once per sprint cycle, with additional needs based on project needs.

What You'll Do:

    • Program execution: Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, including planning, risk management, and milestone tracking. Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple technical projects within the program. Understand the feasibility of technical implementations as part of the annual roadmap planning. Support technical team members. Help Product teams with engineering capacity planning and project scopes.
    • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Engineering and Product to ensure shared understanding of scope, timelines, and trade-offs. Keep the stakeholders like GTM and Support informed and consult them for input as needed.
    • Metrics & reporting: Refine and track KPIs such as DORA metrics, usage impact, and delivery velocity. Report progress to leadership.
    • Risk & capacity management: Identify delivery bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and optimize team focus. Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the program(s).
    • Stakeholder communication: Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. Work on improvements in visibility, tracking and communication in the projects.

    • Percentage of roadmap items delivered on time (>90%).
    • Reduction in delivery friction (>30%).
    • Percentage of programs with risk mitigation plans (100%).
    • Stakeholder satisfaction score (>8/10).
    • Percentage of programs achieving intended business outcomes (>85%).

What You've Done:

    • 5+ years in TPM roles within SaaS or product-led growth environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
    • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices. You can engage deeply with engineering teams and effectively translate technical progress and challenges to product and business stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in managing and reporting on complex, cross-functional technical programs in fully remote, multi-cultural environments.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to drive alignment and strategic program outcomes.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, leveraging strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
    • Expertise in identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing scalable improvements, and driving adoption through effective change management.
    • Skilled at extracting insights from complex data to support decision-making and influence key stakeholders.
    • Experience in metric and data driven program management (Setting and managing OKRs, defining KPIs and tracking them).
    • Enabling Engineering and Product Managers by fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

What Stands Out:

    • A solid background in software development with hands-on experience as a software engineer. You have a deep understanding of code, system architecture, and the complexities of building and deploying software products.
    • Strong technical fluency (cloud, DevOps, APIs).
    • Familiarity with ADO, GitHub, Aha, Miro, and Asana.
    • Experience in infrastructure management or end user computing.
    • Experience in a scaling SaaS organization.
