About the Role:  
As the Field Marketing Specialist, you will support the North American sales team with event campaigns management and regional pipeline generation programs to drive awareness and accelerate opportunities in the sales cycle. This role will collaborate closely with sales reps, product teams, partners, and partner marketing to plan, execute, and track the success of the go-to-market efforts in alignment with company goals. 

Key Role Responsibilities: 

    • Support planning, management, and execution of third-party sponsored events and first-party hosted events ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives and deadlines. 
    • Support execution of regional programs to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This includes sponsored events, account-based outreach, digital marketing strategies, and more.  
    • Work with external vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of regional programs and maximize return on investment from event participation. 
    • Collaborate with sales, solutions engineers, product teams, and global marketing to align program objectives with go-to-market strategies and overall GTM goals. 
    • Engage with Sellers to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Recommend and pilot new marketing tactics to grow pipeline and/or improve efficiencies.
    • Work cross-functionally with global teams including Partner Marketing, Account Executives, Account Managers, Business Development Reps and Solutions Engineers to deliver best-in-class demand generation campaigns and activities.
    • Manage an event budget and track spend.

Minimum Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing or event marketing.
    • Proven track record of managing projects and initiatives from inception to completion with many moving parts and overlapping deadlines.
    • Creative thinker with willingness to proactively and constantly look for and try new ideas.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
    • Data-driven mindset with ability to connect marketing initiatives to sales results.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to travel in North America up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Experience with field marketing or event marketing within a SaaS or technology company.  
    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Canva, Asana, On24 and other collaborative tools.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks: 
• The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 5% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
