    • Develops innovative solutions/mechanisms to rotate the imaging and therapy transducers mounted on a 5F or smaller catheters. Works with other engineers to complete the process on component and subassembly fabrication and their assembly.
    • Creates electrical-mechanical designs and applies engineering knowledge and skills as technical leader during all phases of design and development.
    • Generates and maintains computer aided 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and component specifications to document mechanical designs.
    • Design various ex vivo and in vivo studies to evaluate technical solutions for therapy
    • Models various static and dynamic mechanical, electrical and thermal processes with FEM modeling tools, design and execute verification plans.
    • Collaborates with other functional groups to ensure compliance to the ReCor Quality System
    • Effectively interfaces with suppliers to source and fabricate components.
    • Supports the development of intellectual property.
