This is a hands-on position, which the right candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. and ensure delivery of the highest quality products while maintaining full regulatory and ReCor quality system compliance. Position reports to 
the Operations Quality Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Perform inspection and testing related to:
    • Lot release testing
    • Final inspection of engineering/production subassemblies
    • Incoming inspection of parts and subassemblies
    • First article inspection reports
    • Evaluation of development parts, components, and subassemblies
    • Document and LHR review
    • Packaging inspection
    • Assist in the generation, investigation, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming material reports
    • Assist in the maintenance of the receiving inspection lab
    • Support design verification and process validation testing
    • Assist in the creation and modification of standard test methods
    • Assist with the update to component specifications and inspection plans
    • Maintain compliance with all document and procedure requirements

Requirements

    • Minimum 7 years related experience in the medical device industry
    • Ability to follow established written procedures with minimum supervision
    • Working knowledge of inspection techniques, equipment, and processes
    • Self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible
    •  Exhibit good communication skills
    •  Exhibit effective organization skills
    •  Working knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
$34.80 - $41.50 an hour
Commensurate with experience, training etc.
