We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and achieving our sales objectives.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive, Enterprise you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to identify prospects, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospects, showcasing how they address client needs and deliver value.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing and contract terms.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Closing Deals:
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts to close business deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
    • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
    • Market and Product Expertise:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and their benefits to clients.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market feedback.
    • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales development, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions to contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in a sales environment.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
