Redaptive is looking for a Corporate Development Specialist to support our sales team on all customer pursuits. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to structure compelling customer programs, business cases, and customer-facing materials to support deal closure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being customer-facing, a creative problem solver, and can effectively manage a deal from cradle to grave. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Program Development.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Project manage the cross-functional workflows across Sales, Commercial Product, Pre-Construction, and Engineering to create compelling business cases for new potential Redaptive customers
- Ability to develop cash flow models and presentations for key client opportunities
- Work closely with the Sales team to strategically position proposals
- Serve as a trusted adviser to the sales team and offer unique value propositions to close more deals
- Manage a pipeline of developing opportunities at various stages in the sales cycle
- Transform customer-provided data into meaningful insights that support faster deal closure
- Provide general guidance to sales and other internal teams on program development questions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure internal alignment on any customer-specific variances
- Enforce departmental review and approval of SLA's
- Other duties as assigned
Required Abilities and Skills
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in legal, finance, sales, and operations
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-aware, professional, and transparent communication style
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future
Education and Experience
- 3-4+ years’ experience in deal desk, sales support, sales operations, consulting, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field preferred or equivalent experience
- Sales strategy, sales operations, content development, and project management experience are a plus
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of cash flow models, ROI analysis, corporate finance, and related areas
- Prior management consulting experience is a plus

- Expected annual salary: $89,000 - $96,000(subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
- Annual bonus of 15%, subject to company and individual performance
