Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Proposal Operations Specialist to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The Proposal Analyst will collaborate with the Engineering Solutions, Data Analytics, and Business Development team.
Job Responsibilities
- Construct simple yet comprehensive financial models that accurately represent cash flows, incorporating pricing and engineering inputs from vendors
- Create spreadsheet templates to illustrate impacts of energy conservation measures
- Evaluate contract documents and proposal summaries with an attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in India and US to develop sales pitch for clients
- Review and analyse data from Salesforce or any CRM platform
- Forecast, budget, analyse scenarios and reverse engineer excel models
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic.
- Familiarity with CRM platform (Salesforce)
