The Redaptive marketing team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist who is a strategic individual focused on optimizing marketing processes and technologies, managing lead flow, optimizing our MarTech stack, and analyzing performance to drive conversion and enhance customer experience. We seek outcome-oriented professionals who bring curiosity and creativity when planning and executing marketing programs with a balance of strategy and execution. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing. 

Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and implement new marketing technologies.
    • Lead the integration of marketing automation (HubSpot, SalesHub) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
    • Manage incoming leads and coordinate handoff and conversion strategies with the Originations/BDR team and sales.
    • Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates and renewals.
    • Design, build, and maintain reports and identify patterns and opportunities in the data and trends.
    • Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
    • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
    • Optimize user funnels and instrument conversion points.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
    • Assist with the strategy and execution of our Account-Based-Marketing approach and intent data integration.

    • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects. 
    • Ability to work independently and execute as an individual contributor as well as be a team player. 
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment with a solid ability to pivot on the fly. 

Education and Experience

    • BS/MS degree in science, marketing, or a related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations.
    • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, SEM Rush).
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development preferred.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Strong experience in HubSpot, SalesHub, Salesforce, Seismic, HubSpot web dev, Tableau and BI.
