Redaptive is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing various HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing employee grievances. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive employee experience and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

    • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances promptly while maintaining confidentiality. Escalate as necessary.
    • Onboarding: Own onboarding for new hires in Office and make sure that employees have a seamless Onboarding experience by:
    • Managing all verifications and documentation on HR Portal and various platforms
    • Assisting the new joiner along with IT team for complete set-up
    • Scheduling Orientation sessions and meetings with relevant teams
    • Ensuring access to all necessary tools
    • Administering Onboarding survey & work on action points to keep improving the Onboarding process.
    • Benefits, Communication & Documentation: Send monthly reminders to employees regarding benefits and reimbursements. Ensure accurate data sharing with the payroll team for benefits inclusion. Issue Address Proof, employment proof letters to employees as and when required. Keep the intranet up to date with all relevant updates documents and policies.
    • Performance Management: Support performance review process
    • Engagement: Drive Engagement activities along with the HR team. Support HRBP during Engagement Surveys
    • Offboarding: Manage end-to-end Offboarding by processing resignation acceptances and communicating next steps. Efficiently close the complete Offboarding by:
    • Coordinating completion of necessary forms by departing employees
    • Implementing payroll holds and scheduling exit interviews
    • Removing employee access from various tools, platforms and directories
    • Ensuring clearance by all functions and collection of all company assets
    • Issuing experience and relieving letters on exit
    • Special Projects: Collaborate with local and global team for planning and driving special projects

Job Requirements /Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of Human Resource experience.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment legislations and best practices with experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
    • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
    • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

    • Nice to have:
    • Master’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
    • Familiarity with and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, for various activities
