The Partner Program Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of Redaptive January 2024 launched partner program. This includes overseeing the onboarding and management of partners into the program, as well as developing and implementing processes to ensure the smooth operation of the program. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner program management, as well as strong project management and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle and manage all Inbound small partner resell deals (line to be drawn) from Cradle to Grave – be main point of contact for partner during the sales cycle – working with new hire Channel/Resale Director role in Staffing Justification spreadsheet)
    • Perform all Due Diligence requirements on all incoming new partner signup requests
    • Onboard and manage new partners, including the creation of partner accounts in PRM and instructing partners on where and how to find sales enablement training materials
    • Ensure all forecasting and individual deal reporting/tagging in CRM/PRM is correct
    • Develop and implement processes to ensure the smooth operation of the partner program within the back office
    • Responsible for all partner legal agreement processing through Docusign
    • Responsible for all referral fees calculations and payments tracking
    • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and support as needed
    • Manage Deal Reg process and all partner sales pipeline processes
    • Evaluate newly submitted deals for redundancy with Redaptive’s direct sales and existing partner submitted or existing Redaptive client base – own automated process workflow in SFDC
    • Communicate regularly with partners to ensure they have the resources and support they need to be successful.
    • Score entire ecosystem every 6 months with program scorecard– generate highlight reports
    • Managing all Portal interactions for all partners - Supporting all Partner operations incoming support requests – how do I do this in Portal? How do I pay for licenses? How do I quote licenses? How do I register deals?
    • Responsible for monthly notifications to Renewal Team for partner client renewals and aligning with said Team on approach vectors.
    • Responsible for orchestrating all program operations in support of Partner Marketing efforts for all Partners within their Biz Plan
    • Partner Program Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Relegation and Promotions for tiering model
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner needs are being met.
    • Create and maintain program documentation, including partner agreements and program guidelines and GTM Sales Kit and Campaign-in-a-Box Assets
    • Track and analyze program metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Manage partner communications, including newsletters and event invitations – working with Partner Marketing and Product Marketing
    • Assist in the development and execution of partner marketing and sales initiatives
    • Manage the partner portal (including design and functional updates) and ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
    • Adding/Uploading new content to the Portal/Resources page – Removing outdated content
    • Drive initiatives that support continuous improvements of the partnership experience
    • Additional tasking from individual Partner Executive’s will be added to this list shortly

Requirements / Qualifications

    • Must-Have Skills
    • 5-7 years relevant business experience in an Program Operations Management role
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • SFDC PRM and CRM experience required
    • Experience in SaaS/Technology companies required

    • Experience with PRM software preferred
    • Familiarity with incentive-driven partner programs and co-sales structures
