This Sales Enablement Lead will report to the Head of Sales Development and Operations and will be the sales organization’s lead liaison to work cross-functionally to support new product launches, technology rollouts, and process launches. Lead sales learning and development efforts by creating new sales content, onboarding materials, and enablement best practices. Manage our sales tools and technology platforms to ensure best practices and strong execution. Be in charge of the successful enablement of our sales organization, including sales executives, business development reps, partner executives, and sales leadership. We seek a highly motivated and experienced sales enablement leader with a strong sales, sales operations, or solutions consulting background to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and deploy a sales enablement strategy that supports Redaptive’s go-to-market strategy. Define and prioritize initiatives to level up the salesforce.
- Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing obstacles to selling Redaptive’s products and solutions.
- Building repeatable sales processes and playbooks that deliver successful outcomes.
- Produce, curate, and maintain content to support our sales processes and playbooks.
- Program manage ongoing sales training and sales programming (enablement calls, all hands, etc.) - own the enablement calendar.
- Facilitate training sessions and sales programming.
- Ensure effective use of SFDC.
- Monitor sales performance/results using data, including SFDC win/loss information, and take action to improve or accelerate sales.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the sales process and continuously improve and optimize.
- Align and collaborate with marketing, product management, and technology leaders to develop launch strategies and supporting actions.
- Develop materials and education supporting product and market segmentation strategies that optimize lead conversion.
- Drive progress towards KPIs such as:
- New hire ramp and time to first deal
- Sales team attainment
- The pipeline is accurate in the correct sales stage and forecast category.
- Customer retention and expansion
- Feedback from Redaptive’s customer and user community on sales engagement.
- Provide guidance to functional partners (product, marketing, engineering, finance, etc.) on sales motion, required assets, content, capabilities, and resources.
- Participate as a member of Sales Leadership to develop selling approaches as Redaptive’s platform and user base grow.
- Assess and optimize our sales technology stack to enhance productivity and improve the customer experience.

Education and Experience
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Direct experience as a seller.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or equivalent experience.
- Significant SFDC expertise and experience working across other major sales tools.
- A deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience in the development, documentation and training of sales processes.
- Experience as a sales or sales engineering leader who has effectively built teams for scale.
Travel
- Up to 10% of travel time expected for the position, with overnight stays.

- Expected annual salary: $132,643 - $153,790 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
- Annual bonus 20%, subject to company and individual performance
