A Project Manager is an administrative professional who assists Project and Program Managers with organizing and controlling project implementation activities through the organization, attention to detail, and updating risks, opportunities, and the project's current state. They will work directly with the Project or Program Managers to ensure accurate data and reporting and assist the team in scaling and efficiencies throughout each project lifecycle. They fulfill their obligations by coordinating internal meetings, resources, equipment, and information.

Project Managers assist with various assigned activities, including gathering and reviewing various data using company resources, compiling and formatting the data to a finished product, and getting necessary approvals to meet required management timelines. Project Manager roles are crucial to Redaptive’s success because they ensure projects or programs run smoothly by managing process workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the project, and updating the status of the Project/ Program Management and stakeholders—more administrative internal facing in nature.

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Verify, coordinate, track, and drive the overall delivery of programs to ensure expectations and Service Delivery commitments are met
    • Participate in project-related meetings as necessary and propose improvements if warranted
    • Coordinate portions of project implementation with program managers and vendors
    • Communicate regularly with vendors.
    • Complete requests for security badging or other customer site access requirements
    • Create and maintain templates and other content for project/program-specific needs
    • Maintain data input from vendors into the project management tool
    • Create/maintain reports within the project management tool
    • Perform quality control of data on the project management tool
    • Improve current processes and delegate tasks to the India team as applicable
    • Support project correspondences by preparing and reviewing material orders, maintenance cases, change orders, meeting minutes, and emails
    • Ownership of Project Administration/Validation activities

Education and Experience

    • BA/BS degree preferred
    • 1-3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as business operations, project management, energy
    • Knowledge of basic project management skills.
    • Knowledge of the following systems: Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, Procore program management tool
    • Familiar with LED lighting and HVAC technology is a plus
    • Knowledge of the following systems: Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office suite
    • Experienced with vendor management, order management, and documentation management

Travel

    • 25% of travel time expected for the position, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight.

    • Expected annual salary: $78,000 - $91,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
    • Annual bonus 15%, subject to company and individual performance
