Challenges You Will Solve 

Red Canary is looking for a Director, Marketing Operations with experience building and optimizing marketing impact through aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve revenue growth targets. You’ll work closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Analytics and Finance to monitor, support and analyze our marketing funnel to monitor program and campaign health while helping teams track and build efficiency towards their budgeted campaign spend. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence the success of our demand generation programs with an analytical and process-minded approach, reporting directly to the VP, Demand Generation.

What You'll Do

    • Develop a clear method for representing the impact of marketing efforts on our pipeline and revenue.
    • Define Red Canary’s marketing operations vision, processes and programs to support annual Marketing goals and objectives.
    • Combine creative and analytical approaches to increase demand, with a focus on best-in-class operations, revenue funnel analytics, and delivering the right technology and tools to meet our goals.
    • Build, grow, scale and document our marketing operations, building and managing a team from the ground up.
    • Partner with the VP, Demand Generation to assess strategic marketing programs to identify trends and troubleshoot hypothesis-based business problems and  to proactively optimize campaigns .
    • Own and develop our marketing funnel and attribution tooling and work with Marketing to hone pipeline  attribution model that accurately reflects our desired touch points and customer journey.
    • Partner with Demand Gen leadership to help  define our Marketing pipeline generation targets across all Marketing functions and monitor marketing spend efficiency  .
    • Partner with the Analytics team to create and manage Marketing reports and dashboards that measure campaign health, conversion rates and pipeline generated from inbound and outbound marketing activities.

What You'll Bring

    • 6-10 years of Marketing Operations and Demand Generation experience
    • Experience in building, adjusting and maintaining attribution models, ideally within Bizible
    • Expert knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce reporting and Campaign management
    • Strong ability to provide deliverables while navigating ambiguity
    • Preferred: Experience at a growth stage SaaS company
Target Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 + bonus eligibility and equity
