Challenges You Will Solve
 
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced marketing automation leader to join our Revenue Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. You will own and administer Marketo, while working closely with other teams to create and build campaigns while tracking metrics and campaign success. You love collaborating with team members, building campaigns and lists in Marketo, but nothing is more exciting than setting and reviewing metrics while reporting back insights. You know the specifics around Marketo to Salesforce field-level integrations, and want to help craft and manage a growing company’s Marketo org.
 
This position reports to the will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work closely with our marketing, sales and RevOps team members to ensure success, execution and analysis of Marketo campaigns as well as administration of our Marketo platform. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.

What You'll Do

    • Administrator and owner of Marketo; responsible for permissions, roles, etc for all users
    • Responsible for creation, design and execution of campaigns in Marketo, partnering closely with marketing and sales for content, metrics and campaign requirements 
    • Responsible for data cleanliness, list hygiene and monitoring of email deliverability, inbox placement and privacy compliance as well as maintenance of lists
    • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of field-level integration with CRM, creating new field integrations when needed and deprecating unused/unnecessary fields
    • Ongoing monitoring and optimization of campaigns, programs and Marketo governance to improve lead nurturing, flow and ultimately conversions
    • Responsible for building and monitoring Marketo marketing automation as well as customer and prospect segmentation and list management
    • Accountable for building and maintaining Marketo forms, including working with cross functional teams on form placement and asset hosting
    • Maintain and own internal email calendar, strategy and execution allowing for ample marketing to our database through email marketing
    • Become an expert on database segmentation, reporting and enhancements
    • Stay up-to-date on trends with new tools and features to enhance and increase form fills (Leadspace, Clearbit, etc)
    • Analyze and report on insights around campaign and marketing automation performance

What You'll Bring

    • Previous experience as an administrator of Marketo: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as an admin
    • Experience working with Wordpress websites
    • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and account-based marketing strategy, segmentation, measurement and process
    • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiar with CSVs and UTF encoded text files
    • Experience working with Wordpress websites preferred
    • Experience with CRM and Marketing automation tools like Bizible and Salesforce preferred
    • Very strong organizational skills and project management capability preferred
    • Experience in database management preferred
Target compensation: $105,000- $125,000 + bonus eligibility and equity
