Position Description
Are you an experienced engineering professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Our Cyber Analytics division is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead our talented technical team in support of law enforcement initiatives. You will collaborate on detailed design, requirements, and monitoring to deliver secure, effective, and innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities
The Senior Systems Engineer will provide management and guidance related to software development, server health and performance monitoring, Audit Log Management, Active Directory, patch management, and virtualized test environments. You will monitor the installation and implementation of automated systems at various locations to enhance security and efficiency. You will also work closely with security teams to complete necessary system documentation and policies. Coordination with senior management, engineers, and other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
    • Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
    • 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex networks.
    • Experience with Active Directory Domain Services, centrally-controlled policy management, patch management, Audit Log Management, and inventory management.
    • Knowledge of advanced concepts in open system standards, design methodologies, and tools
    • Recent experience defining security requirements, providing vulnerability patching, and implementing multi-factor authentication.
    • Microsoft server and workstation certifications are preferred.
