Position Description

As an Electronics Engineer with the Redhorse Cyber Analytics division, you’ll sharpen your skills while providing mission-critical technical solutions and support to a respected government customer.
Responsibilities:
The Electronics Engineer will design and develop custom electronic devices to meet mission-specific requirements. Coordination with customer management and field operators, engineers, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to meet functional, security, legal, and operational requirements and maintain critical operations. You will protype new concepts and procedures and maintain documentation consistent with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and technical direction. Excellent communications and team skills are required.
Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline. Additional work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- 5+ years of technical experience as an electrical engineer, electronics engineer, or other related discipline.
- Experience designing hardware optimizations to minimize power consumption and operate outdoors in variable climates.
- Experience installing, configuring, debugging, troubleshooting, and analyzing performance of electronic devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Understanding of RF communications technologies.
- Active TS clearance is required.
