Redi.Health was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing patients with limiting chronic diseases the ability to better navigate and take control over their health. Redi’s initial product provides a novel integration with pharmaceutical manufacturers that seamlessly connects patients with the brands that treat their condition(s). This fully digital experience creates the ability for manufacturers to provide frictionless and digital support to patients. This support ranges from financial assistance, to medication adherence and education material, and tailored tools that help manage certain conditions.

A robust financial strategy is key to the success of Redi and the VP of Finance position is critical to guiding our rapidly evolving business.

What Will You Do?

Own, refine, and evolve the financial posture of Redi.
Be responsible for the modeling of financials and maintaining said models.
Collaborate with all stakeholders at Redi including Sales, Clinical Innovation, Product Management and Engineering to better refine Redi’s financial position and ensure fiscal responsibility across BUs.
Work closely with Redi’s bookkeeping and financial services providers.
Structure scenarios around different financial outcomes to ensure Redi’s path to success is clear and concise.
Work directly with C-Suite leadership to develop and enforce both short term and long term financial planning.
Create financial reports for Redi’s C-Suite and Board of Directors.

What Characteristics and Skills Are We Looking For?

Creatively minded with a willingness to be adaptable and frequently change course.
Willing to face change and challenges at a high-paced technology startup.
Comfortability with creating thoughtful assumptions with often limited information.
History of projection modeling.
Expert level experience with excel, google sheets, quickbooks, and other financial software.
Experience working with leadership across different BUs.
Strong presentation ability - comfortable presenting to a board of directors or potential investors on a regular basis.
