  • Describe a training or enablement program you built that had a measurable impact on sales performance. What was the goal, how did you approach it, and what were the outcomes?
  • Sales enablement often requires working across multiple departments. Tell us about a time you collaborated cross-functionally (e.g., with Product, Marketing, or Partnerships) to launch or improve a training initiative.
