Reflektive’s Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst that will enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities.  The team is seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and has the potential to influence the evolution of how Reflektive looks at the business.  This is a highly visible role and will have the opportunity to drive meaningful strategic initiatives by working closely with senior leaders across the company.

What you'll do

    • Develop and publish insightful metrics and dashboards that reveal business trends, enhance business intelligence, and drive accountability
    • Assist in the creation of new package/analysis as needed when business changes
    • Work collaboratively with accounting during the monthly close cycle to ensure all accruals are accurate and up-to-date
    • Review and process sales contracts to ensure compliance with guidelines
    • Calculate, validate accuracy of, and submit monthly and/or quarterly commission payments to accounting within specified deadlines
    • Assist in driving the corporate forecasting process with the business including Annual Operating Plans, Monthly/Quarterly P&Ls, and quantifying risks and opportunities
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis of financials as needs arise (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
    • Leverage industry, geographic, technology, and historical trends to forecast future sales
    • Provide business decision support through the ability to model various financial scenarios
    • Lead special projects as needed to provide analytical and decision support on new initiatives

What you have

    • 1-3 year of FP&A experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related degree
    • Advanced Excel modeling skills and strong skills in Powerpoint
    • Ability to work in a cross functional capacity, bring forth ideas, and influence change
    • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, developing and using financial modeling tools & financial statement construction
    • Detail oriented with the ability to summarize detailed analysis into key messages for management
    • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgement, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to stay organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
    • Curious mind and enthusiastic to learn and grow

Bonus Points

    • Experience supporting a Sales organization
    • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Salesforce, and/or ADP
    • Knowledge of GAAP accounting and internal control dynamics
    • Experience at a SaaS company
