Public Relations/Communications Manager

Reflektive is looking for a detail-oriented and creative storyteller to manage communications with press, analysts, and influencers, and oversee executive communications. This role will shape and promote the story of Reflektive in mainstream press and key influencer groups.

Responsibilities

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to distill complex concepts into coherent and easy-to-understand communications material
    • Manage press interest and activity about company updates and relevant trends on deadline
    • Write bylines for executives that are true to their individual expertise and tone
    • Prepare presentations for webinars and speaking engagements for executives, customers, and content partners
    • Manage public relations process to secure coverage for our company, executives, and other initiatives
    • Execute on executive thought leadership program securing bylines and speaking opportunities at industry events and top tier media outlets
    • Monitor media and key and emerging developments globally to create plans and messaging
    • Build on existing and develop new relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and content partners
    • Monitor ongoing communication measurement metrics

Qualifications

    • Ability to recognize the compelling stories that capture a key value proposition and get people talking
    • Highly creative and driven - desire to demonstrate both short and long term results
    • Sense of urgency
    • Appetite for never-been-done-before marketing activations
    • Superior writing and editing skills - recognized for "near perfection" writing and editing skills and often asked to edit the work of others
    • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized with solid project management skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Communications, PR and Marketing

Nice to Haves

    • Experience managing an influencer program or community
    • Master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or business, or experience in HR function
