Our employer partner, a large provider of food services throughout the country, is looking to add a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to their team in Victoria, BC!
As a Housekeeper on our team, you’ll help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments that make a lasting impact on our guests’ experience. With integrity and attention to detail as your essential tools, you’ll take pride in maintaining spaces that keep our guests happy and healthy.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and adaptable customer service to guests, clients, and co-workers.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas in a safe, sanitary, and orderly manner, following departmental standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques, equipment, and solutions safely and effectively.
- Handle trash and bio-hazardous materials with proper safety precautions.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized cleaning cart and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Support teamwork, professional conduct, and positive workplace relationships.
- Contribute to department efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in required training and demonstrate commitment to professional growth.
Others Qualifications
- Past cleaning experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with clients, senior management, and team members.
- Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
- Reliable transportation required, as the location is not easily accessible by public transit.
