Our employer partner is currently looking to add a highly motivated and service driven Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to their growing team!

This is a remote opportunity for someone with customer service experience within HR, Financial or Health Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling a high volume of customer inbound
    • Answer questions, provide education, and solve HR and financial issues related to the customer's health care benefits, and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
    • Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, etc.
    • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to navigate a robust set of tools/systems
    • Creating and updating files in the database and communicating with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service
    • Excellent English communication skills, French is an asset
    • Good computer and system navigation skills
    • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
    • Prefer to have worked either HR, Financial, or Health Care Industry
    • Bring your own device. Windows computers only! You are responsible for your own equipment which requires a Windows computer, mouse and a headset. You must also have an ethernet cable as working over Wifi is prohibited.
$21 - $22.50 an hour
