Channel partnerships are a very strategic revenue growth and pipeline generation opportunity for Regal and our channel partners. We are looking for someone to build a foundation for this part of the business and grow it substantially in their region. As the first partnerships manager hired in region, you will collaborate on the channel development strategy at Regal and will work cross-functionally across the sales, marketing and design teams to help achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline generation goals. You will reach out to potential partners, build upon established and new relationships, and manage the success of those relationships. The role reports directly to the Director of Channel Sales. 

Our high level goal for this role is to build the foundation for and execute on a channel development and sales strategy that constitutes a large proportion of our overall revenue base over the next few years. 


    • Deep understanding of the contact center and AI market and identify strong CX/CCaaS-focused Channel Partners to align with Regal 
    • Create outbound GTM strategy to educate and empower TSD and sub-agents in the CX/CCaaS space
    • Create enablement and marketing material for virtual and in-person channel events 
    • Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and engagement tactics to continuously improve results
    • Track partner engagement, opportunity creation/ registration, revenue, and adoption
    • Ownership and management of TSD and sub-agent relationships in region 
    • Reporting, budget and forecast channel partner quarterly pipeline generation


    • 5-7 years of experience working with the channel ecosystem, with strong self-starter capabilities
    • Prior experience working with strategic players in the Contact Center industry, in particular Technology Service Distributors (TSD)
    • Prior experience working with marketing on developing an events/roadshow strategy to engage with channel partners 
    • Demonstrated experience delivering successfully against predetermined growth KPIs and targets 
    • Demonstrated relationship building skills and established strategic network

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition, offers a comprehensive set of employee benefits which are listed above. Details about the compensation package will be finalized at the time of offer.
This position is REMOTE and this individual is required to be on the east coast.

We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
