Regrello is seeking a skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to initially drive the continued backend development of our Forms Engine. In this role, you will work closely with our Forms Engine team to continue designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling challenging features that are currently standing between us and near-total industry takeover. You will drive projects, lead and participate in design discussions, communicate directly with customers, effect real change in an industry that is enthusiastically rooting for us, communicate regularly with the CEO (who cares deeply about this project), and help empower the rest of our team to do their best work as well. The ideal candidate will have deep Golang experience, deep data-modeling and database-performance experience (preferably with PostgreSQL), and deep experience building and scaling backends for user-facing web applications.

We are particularly interested in candidates based in our hubs of Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, but we will consider candidates who live anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
