Regrello is seeking highly motivated and talented recent-grad Machine Learning Scientists to help us build generative models to solve international supply chain problems in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that revolutionize how global supply chains in manufacturing and supply chain industry are organized and operated.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in NLP, generative models, deep learning models, planning, and related areas. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of manufacturing practices on a global scale. Your work will involve leveraging AI techniques, including NLP and generative models, to drive optimization, efficiency, and automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge solutions that have a direct impact on how organizations optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.

We are a 30-person startup on a mission to reimagine supply-chain automation. With a market size of $220 billion and an annual transaction value of $15 trillion in physical products, this opportunity has been overlooked for over 20 years. Our team comprises top university graduates as well as industry veterans from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Meta, and Tableau, with a track record of building billion-dollar companies. Backed by prestigious investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Dell, Bloomberg, and Ram Sriram (first investor in Google), we have Fortune 500 customers and long-term contracts in place. With 3-4 years of runway, we are well-positioned for the next phase of growth.

Culture and Compensation
At Regrello, we are a customer-obsessed, product-centric company that fosters a flexible and remote culture to attract the brightest minds in the industry. While we have a particular interest in candidates based in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, we are open to considering applicants from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Our compensation packages are industry-leading and include competitive salaries, equity ownership in our dynamic startup, and comprehensive health benefits. If needed, we are willing to sponsor US work authorization.

Our core focus is building a global operating network that empowers supply-chain companies to collaborate effectively within a unified platform. This includes a no-code, automated workflow engine that enables users to model complex operational processes seamlessly. Additionally, our robust forms engine facilitates valuable cross-company data interchange. Furthermore, we are developing an AI engine that helps customers learn from the past, identify key issues in the present, and adapt their supply chains to an uncertain and ever-evolving future.

We are looking for someone with:

    • PhD in Computer Science with research in AI, with a GPA of 3.5+
    • 0 to three (3) years of experience in AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
    • Experience with 1 or more of these AI/ML technologies: TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Spark MLlib, Mlflow, Kubeflow
    • Demonstrated ability not only to use state-of-the-art AI techniques but also to innovate upon them.
    • Strong background in CS and software development with real-world deployment of models and data engineering.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you will be doing:

    • Develop and implement AI models to solve real-world complex problems in global supply chain and manufacturing.
    • Deploying models to production and software engineering to support models at scale.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Management, and industry experts, to build high-quality product features.
    • Embrace new challenges and responsibilities as needed, while maintaining an enthusiastic and collaborative approach in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Help shape the company's future by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth.
$149,998 - $225,000 a year
We provide a competitive salary and equity package tailored to the role, experience, qualifications, and location. As an early stage startup, there is additional potential to earn equity as a reward for your contributions to our success. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
If you are passionate about applying your machine learning science skills to transform the manufacturing and supply chain industry and enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, we would love to hear from you. Join us in revolutionizing the way global manufacturing processes and supply chains are designed and operated using AI-powered generative models.
