Regrello is seeking highly motivated and talented recent-grad Machine Learning Scientists to help us build generative models to solve international supply chain problems in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that revolutionize how global supply chains in manufacturing and supply chain industry are organized and operated.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in NLP, generative models, deep learning models, planning, and related areas. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain.

Product
Our core focus is building a global operating network that empowers supply-chain companies to collaborate effectively within a unified platform. This includes a no-code, automated workflow engine that enables users to model complex operational processes seamlessly. Additionally, our robust forms engine facilitates valuable cross-company data interchange. Furthermore, we are developing an AI engine that helps customers learn from the past, identify key issues in the present, and adapt their supply chains to an uncertain and ever-evolving future.

We are looking for someone with:

    • Masters/PhD in Computer Science with research in AI, with a GPA of 3.5+
    • Strong experience in AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
    • Multiple years of apply deep learning into environments.
    • Experience with 1 or more of these AI/ML technologies: TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Spark MLlib, Mlflow, Kubeflow
    • Demonstrated ability not only to use state-of-the-art AI techniques but also to innovate upon them.
    • Strong background in CS and software development with real-world deployment of models and data engineering.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you will be doing:

    • Develop and implement AI models to solve real-world complex problems in global supply chain and manufacturing.
    • Deploying models to production and software engineering to support models at scale.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Management, and industry experts, to build high-quality product features.
    • Embrace new challenges and responsibilities as needed, while maintaining an enthusiastic and collaborative approach in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Help shape the company's future by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth.
$130,000 - $190,000 a year
