Job Description: Regrow is seeking a passionate individual to join our Customer Success organization in a newly designed role in Managed and Consulting Services. In this role, you will use your expertise in consulting, analytics, and reporting to deliver best in class deliverables to customers throughout their lifecycle. Your expertise in consulting services, analytics, and reporting in the climate space will enable you to contribute dynamically to customer needs. You will collaborate with leaders within R&D, Environmental Science, Data Science, Product, and GTM teams. This role is central to delivering world-class results that equip our customers to maximize the ROI of Regrow products and services to drive impact. 

Key Responsibilities

    • As part of the Customer Success team, you own ensuring the customer experience is best in class and leverage project interactions as an opportunity to enhance relationship and build trust in alignment with the account team’s strategies and objectives
    • Own end to end Project Management - the scoping, analysis, delivery, and presentation of customer-ready deliverables - enhancing the customer experience on top of Regrow’s core product and service offerings to delivery key business outcomes
    • Partner with Customer Success Managers and AEs to ensure the delivery strategy aligns with expectations including ROI, timelines, and customer journey
    • Collaborate closely with Environmental and Data science teams to understand the models and impacts of farm management practices and environmental variables on GHG emissions in agriculture to be able to leverage for creation of customer-ready deliverables.
    • Collaborate closely with Environmental and Data science teams to understand and leverage agronomic data for analysis of outcomes and translation into customer-ready deliverables 
    • Leverage impactful reports and visualization of data to translight data into insights. For example, infographics, dashboards, graphs, maps, and tables to prepare results and analytics that answer key customer questions and deliver the insights and “So what” beyond the data
    • Collaborate with leadership on the development of additional services offerings, enhancing value for our clients through unparalleled consulting and reporting services
    • Collaborate with leadership to review and scope incoming requests for additional services and R&D, ensuring alignment with Regrow’s missions, roadmap, strategic vision and market opportunities
    • Become an expert on Regrow’s suite of products  to confidently lead technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Serve as the voice of your customers by surfacing key trends and insights back to our Product and senior leadership teamBe a part of building and evolving the Customer Success function as we scale into Managed and Consulting services!

Qualificiations

    • 2-5 years of consulting experience in the climate space with Enterprise customers
    • Experience in sustainability and climate science projects (Agriculture is an asset)Demonstrated success in translating data into customer ready insights
    • Experience with complex analysis, preparation of reports, and delivering customer presentationsExperience in project management 
    • Ability to communicate complex information in an tailored way to varied audiences with clarity and confidence
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to take ownership of work and drive collaboration with cross functional teams to manage project of deliverables
    • Demonstrated agility and ability to build out new spaces and services
    • Bachelors or Master degree in relevant space such as: environmental studies, environmental science, ecology, natural resource management, environmental engineering, sustainability, agriculture,
    • Demonstrated  interest and background in regenerative agriculture and its impact on customers’ businesses

Desired Qualifications

    • Customer consulting experience is a must
    • Understanding of agricultural systems and climate space
    • Passionate about sustainability and driving impact
