The role will implement, maintain, and improve the infrastructure used by development teams and our customers. Will take care about Kubernetes platform located in different regions in Microsoft Azure. It will include platform development, monitoring, optimizing costs and providing tools for other teams to easily and efficiently use it. 

The Engineer is responsible for delivering results for the Infrastructure department by:

    • Contributing to an Agile team that solves complex challenges and builds working solutions  
    • Producing high-quality automation solutions  
    • Being a dependable and highly skilled development resource for peers  

    • The Engineer performs the following functions, in addition to others, in the administration of their position:  
    • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.  
    • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.  
    • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.  
    • Thinks out loud- talks about design thoughts all the time  
    • Provide operational and development expertise to team members through education and review   
    • Always open to new ideas and encourages innovative practices amongst peers  
    • Works collaboratively with QA professionals to encourage defect prevention over detection 

Your Skills

    • Good knowledge of Kubernetes platform 
    • Knowledge of Kubernetes related tools – like Prometheus, Litmus 
    • Knowledge of Azure cloud and operations 
    • Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools specific for Linux/Kubernetes environment  
    • Experience with Infrastructure as a Code  
    • Strong Problem-Solving skills  
    • Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration  
    • Good communication   
    • Full knowledge of and adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards and best practices  
    • Knowledge of Agile Project Development Methodologies 

Compensation:

    • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
    • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between PLN 184 000 and 249 000 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
