We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join the Business Process and Technology team, supporting Relativity’s global Service Delivery department. This senior individual contributor will direct a portfolio of complex and high-profile process/technology programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Relativity’s customer service teams.

Responsibilities

    • You will drive delivery of complex and high-profile process/technology optimization programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Relativity’s customer support and customer success teams 
    • You will achieve project goals by collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels across the organization, including partners in IT and Procurement, vendors, and senior management 
    • You will facilitate technical discussions, communicate complex issues, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve the program and project objectives 
    • You will independently develop and manage project plans, conduct reviews, remove impediments, and manage change 
    • You will demonstrate skills in conflict management and negotiation to achieve project goals and to develop trust with stakeholders 
    • You will manage and escalate delivery, risks, issues, and changes that impede project delivery 
    • You will foster teamwork while promoting a culture of openness and flexibility 
    • You will balance competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously and rationally prioritize your time 
    • You exhibit a passion for continuous improvement opportunities and will promote positive change in the organization 
    • This role will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations in Chicago. 

Minimum Qualifications

    • 6+ years of work experience in a project / program management role 
    • Fluency in English and Polish 
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
    • Proficient in communicating complex technical and business issues/solutions to various organizational levels, both internally and externally 
    • Strong teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills 
    • Adept at delegating tasks, ensuring successful task completion, and influencing without direct authority to achieve necessary goals 
    • Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to manage complex issues and situations effectively 
    • Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly with other teams when necessary  
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Preferred Qualifications

    • 8+ years of work experience in a project / program management role 
    • Experience working with customer success/support function at a B2B SaaS company 
    • Experience managing and optimizing the technology stack for a customer success/support function 
    • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence  

Compensation

    • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. 
    • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 192 000 and 288 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
