The Total Rewards team is core to the success of a Talent First organization. The team acts as strategic consultants and operators within the business, using its expertise in compensation plan design, benchmarking, and data analysis to roll out initiatives in a fast-paced and technologically driven environment. 
 
The Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in the delivery of several compensation programs including global annual compensation process, short-term and long-term incentive programs, market benchmarking, job architecture, day-to-day base pay recommendations and salary survey participation. The Senior Compensation Analyst will partner with the business and HR Business Partners in support of our strategy and operating priorities. The Senior Compensation Analystwill also work on special projects and initiatives, such as Workday Advanced Compensation redesign.A successful candidate will have proven analytical, technical and communication capabilities, along with extreme attention to detail. 

Role Responsibilities

    • Provide high quality compensation analyses of large datasets to distill insights and convey findings. 
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance Talent Acquisition, and leadership in solving both tactical and strategic compensation issues. 
    • Partner with HR Systems and People Analytics teams in data maintenance, systems implementation,and enhancement of insights delivery. 
    • Conduct and coordinate compensation benchmarking studies and job analyses globally. 
    • Play a key role in refining and implementing compensation governance across the business. 
    • Develop and deliver education on our compensation philosophy and practice, for both managers and employees. 
    • Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and keep pulse on new legal requirements as they relate to pay equitypractices. 
    • Serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional HR projects. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with broad-based, equity, and international compensation. 
    • Experience influencing HR Business Partners and senior leaders in a consulting or consultative role. 
    • Working knowledge of the following (or similar combination of) platforms: Workday, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 3 - 5years of relevant experience having worked in a global software/technology organization. 
    • Undergraduate degree in a field linked to quantitative analysis: statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, business, social sciences methods, or related field. 
    • Superior MS Office skills and proven analytical skills. 

Compensation

    • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
    • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 194,000 and 290,000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
