Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity.
We keep expanding and looking for an energetic and motivated Talent Sourcer to help us grow our team.

Working closely with recruiters, you will help Remedy identify and attract talented engineers, product managers and designers to work alongside our partners to create awesome products.

What you will do

    • Active sourcing of candidates for a wide range of positions (Python, JS, Mobile, Java Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Designers, PMs, etc.)
    • Initially select and assess candidates' resumes for key requirements
    • Independently build the pipeline of relevant candidates
    • Conduct English Checks with A2-C1 holders
    • Build an effective sourcing strategy for finding new employees
    • Maintain and expand internal database of candidates
    • Work closely with the recruiting team

What should your qualifications be?

    • Work experience in a similar position at least 1,5 year
    • Minimum B2 English proficiency level is a MUST (both written and spoken)
    • Russian as a native language is a must
    • Good knowledge of IT area and terminology
    • Knowledge of the basics of sourcing
    • Experience with various specialized resources for finding candidates
    • Good understanding of CIS and Europe IT market
    • To be in touch with tech trends and news to provide relevant and high qualified candidates
    • Ability to work effectively with a large amount of information in changing environment
    • Analytical and result-oriented thinking
    • High communication and negotiation skills, initiative, flexibility
    • LinkedIn network - at least 3K+ contacts
