We are looking to hire an IT Support Analyst who will provide technical support to the employees on internal desktop, network, cloud, and software issues. This role is crucial for providing front line support to the employees as well as keeps our internal technologies and infrastructure operational. This position is remote but will require travel to and from a company storage locker to retrieve and store equipment.

As our company continues to grow and evolve, you are constantly ensuring that we are thinking about operational continuity to ensure each new hire receives a seamless onboarding experience setting up laptops, accounts, accesses, and providing walkthroughs of our IT support.

What you will do

    • Present all security and IT procedures during onboarding.
    • Set up new hires on email, slack and other SaaS products
    • Assist with access control for VPN
    • Assist with AWS, Confluence and Jira account management
    • Setup compliant MacBook's and Windows devices
    • Responsible for asset shipping and receiving
    • Provide support for security endpoint management center (antivirus, malware, etc)
    • Follow ISO 27001 controls to maintain inventory of Remine's technology assets, including developing processes and asset tracking of transfer, reset, and new inventory as they are procured
    • Maintain Windows Azure Active Directory, Office 365 and other IT tools

What you bring

    • You have no problem balancing competing priorities and you thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment
    • Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience on a corporate Service Desk or in another technical support role
    • 1 year minimum experience with Microsoft Windows, Azure AD and Office 365 productivity suite
    • 1 year experience with Endpoint protection and patch management.
    • 1 year experience supporting clients using remote access software and MDM tools
    • Demonstrated knowledge of hardware, software, components and basic troubleshooting, Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory system administration tasks, and mobile devices

Nice to have

    • Certifications such as A+, Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Security+
    • Experience with any scripting language such as Shell, Python, PowerShell
    • Experience in system and network security
