We are currently hiring for a Business Development Representative in a Remote position!
Renegade Insurance is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team! This role’s primary responsibility will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential prospects through email communication, phone calls, and virtual meetings. In this role you will work closely with our SR. Business Development Managers to expand RENEGADE’s outreach and footprint while putting agents in a position to become the next RENEGADE SUPER-AGENT!

Requirements for the Business Development Representative:

    • US based
    • Minimum 2 years prior experience in a BDR role
    • Experience in an insurance industry preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Prior success in hitting sales quota's month-to-month
    • Hands on experience within multiple sales techniques (Cold Calling)
    • Experience using multiple platforms
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well within a team environment

Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative:

    • Qualifying leads through several different sources and turning them in SQD's (Sales Qualified Opportunities)
    • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
    • Identify current agent pain points and pitch RENEGADE as the solution!
    • Proactively watch market trends and seek new opportunities within the market
    • Setup calls and meetings for SR. Business Development Managers
    • Nurture existing pipeline with follow up calls and emails
    • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets month-to-month
    • Lead Mining
