The Role
We are looking for an innovator who is passionate about simplifying the leveraged finance and debt capital markets to build new products and minimize the pain points felt by our banking clients. You will own the evaluation of our current leveraged finance and capital markets product roadmap and work to strategically implement new ideas and solutions that help our banking clients save time with efficient workflows and win new business with data-driven market insights. Reporting to our Senior Director of Product Strategy & Innovation, you will drive innovation in our market-leading credit intelligence platform as part of our multi-pronged approach to growth across leveraged finance and debt capital markets desks.
You Will
- Interface with clients to communicate and seek feedback on current roadmap as well as future initiatives, zeroing in on opportunities to address the specific insight, intelligence, data, and workflow needs of leveraged finance and debt capital markets constituents.
- Identify strategic opportunities for investment and focus through competitive research and participation in market events.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on underwriting, origination, and syndication of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds for the Reorg product, tech, and commercial teams.
- Develop market-facing reference materials to showcase our current and future roadmap as well as internal collateral for board meetings and company-wide events.
- Map out high growth areas for development, creating both top-down and bottoms up market size models.
- Develop financial models for potential new products, integrating financial targets with usage metrics to create benchmarks for success.
You Have
- Analyst/Associate experience on a leveraged finance or debt capital markets desk.
- Experience assessing market dynamics, competition and illustrating the impact of those dynamics on corporate strategy.
- Interest in in sizing market potential by developing bottoms-up market opportunity models.
- An analytical mindset and strong established facility with a variety of tools including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $160,000-$180,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
