The Role

Reorg is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with consulting, advisory as well as regional and boutique banking accounts through subscription renewals and account expansion, uplifts and cross-selling of additional Reorg products.

Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for Reorg’s subscription relationships within the consulting, advisory as well as regional and boutique banking sector
    • Ability to leverage existing client relationships and expand the network of relevant contacts within each client to become the partner of choice for their needs
    • Manage key client interactions with a determined focus on expansion opportunities within accounts and subscription renewals targeting double digit growth
    • Collaborate with our customer success team to deliver excellent client service and customer experience
    • Coordinate with Reorg’s product team to identify opportunities for product and platform enhancements
    • Track and analyze KPIs and product usage on accounts to determine appropriate relationship management strategy. 
    • Prepare account plans for each customer in your book with a focus on 3-year growth targets, key relationships to maintain and develop and the competitive landscape 

Requirements

    • 3 plus years of experience in an account management capacity –renewing, upselling, and cross-selling solutions to consulting, advisory as well as regional and boutique banking clients
    • Strong ability to build relationships and business partnerships to meet and exceed growth targets
    • Proven success in hitting/exceeding quota
    • Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly; ability to keep on top of all requirements with multiple ongoing workstreams
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
    • Experience with Salesforce
