Client Relations Manager

Reorg Research is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our sales team and manage relationships with our existing subscriber base, which includes many of the most successful hedge funds, major law firms and investment banks in the country.  This position will work out of our New York City Office.


    • Help our subscribers get full value from our products and features
    • Train and keep subscribers up to date on Reorg’s service offering and key functionalities
    • Work closely with Reorg marketing on new feature releases and support materials
    • Provide quality customer support for technical questions, website help, feature questions and more
    • Gather customer feedback and work closely with Reorg’s Product team to ensure that feedback is included in the product development road map
    • Identify growth opportunities within our existing customer base
    • Identify accounts at risk of non-renewal and work with Reorg’s Sales team to ensure renewals


    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial industry
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and one or more Customer Relationship Management programs
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills
    • Experience in the distressed debt/restructuring industry strongly preferred
