We are seeking a strategic, AI-savvy AI Strategy senior consultant to drive engagement and consulting around Microsoft Gen AI tools. This role will support and enable Valorem Reply’s AI Workforce vision, translating business goals into actionable AI strategies for our practice and our customers, spanning both the technical and adoption change management teams. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strategic insight, and technical expertise to lead impactful AI initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product development, and customer success. 

Responsibilities

    • Strategic Vision: Enhance the AI Workforce strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, driving impact, business development, sales, and competitive advantage. Collaborate with Valorem Reply’s leadership to create scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping, the agentic workforce, pilot scaling, and AI adoption for our customers. 
    • Technical Leadership: Guide AI strategy to support ongoing projects, driving innovation across customers, partners, and go-to-market efforts. 
    • Customer Enablement: Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and understand their business, to enable the art of the possible, and define future AI roadmap opportunities, enabling Reply to be their partner of choice.   
    • Deliver Outcomes: Translate business needs into AI solutions for our customers, providing expertise for end-to-end project guidance. Collaborate with consultants and practice leads to align solutions with customer needs and ensure successful technical outcomes. 
    • Microsoft Partnership: Strengthen the Microsoft relationship by identifying Gen AI/Copilot opportunities, aligning them with market trends and customer insights. Stay current on industry best practices to optimize collaboration and deal execution. 
    • AI Portfolio Leadership: Support a cross-functional team to implement AI initiatives end-to-end, tracking success metrics, and ROI. Lead competitive analysis and AI differentiation strategies. 

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree. 
    • 5 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation. 
    • Proven experience defining, launching, and managing AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes. 
    • A passion for creative solutioning and innovation with a deep understanding of AI’s impact on the workplace, including platforms, trends, and evolving professional needs. 
    • Experience advising senior executives on technology strategies. 
    • Experience with Microsoft Modern Work tech stack, especially Copilot and Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Agents, etc. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or advanced degree in business or a technology-related discipline. 
    • Adoption Change Management, AI Adoption, or PROSCI certification 
    • Expertise in enterprise cloud adoption and IT modernization. 
    • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, balancing priorities, and fostering collaboration. 
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $115,000 – $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
