As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall management and administration of technical consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle. You will be accountable for schedule, risk management, communication, scope, budget, client satisfaction, project quality and ensuring the team follow established delivery methodologies. You may use agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies and will work with teams that are cross-functional, global and virtual.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by understanding their business goals, identifying gaps, and proposing tailored solutions
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives—planning, execution, risk mitigation, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and status meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, offering strategic input and contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, operations) to drive delivery and remove blockers
- Measure and report on project success, including KPIs, ROI, and client satisfaction
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field
- Agile, waterfall and hybrid project management experience
- Custom application development project delivery experience
- Professional services industry experience with strong consultative skills with the ability to influence
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for agile project delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with implementing Microsoft technologies

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $115,000 - $145,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
