Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive win-win outcomes.
- Meet or exceed quarterly bookings targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Travel requirements: 50%.
$70,000 - $85,000 a year
We offer a flexible salary range for this job posting that will be customized based on the qualifications of the chosen candidate. Our compensation strategy takes into account various factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
Location Preference:
The role is hybrid working, we are looking for the team members to be located at our head office in New York City, with weekly in-office days at our office at 1460 Broadway. We have a truly global team - with members across Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jakarta.
