About The Role
Are you a hands-on product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution? As Resilinc's Director of Product Management, you’ll serve as both a visionary and a builder - shaping the roadmap while diving deep into delivery. This role is ideal for a Principal Product Manager or Director ready to scale their impact in a high-ownership, high-visibility position.
You’ll lead product direction for the Applications team for mission-critical solutions in AI, data intelligence, supply chain risk, and compliance. Your focus will be on turning ideas into results—aligning product strategy with engineering execution and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product and AI Transformation, you’ll partner with senior leaders across engineering, data science, customer success, and go-to-market teams. Your influence will shape not just what we build, but how we build—ensuring we’re solving real customer problems with speed, clarity, and precision.
What You WIll Do
Product Leadership
- Set a clear product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Drive alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution across the product organization.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, ensuring focus on the initiatives that drive the greatest value.
Team & Culture
- Lead a team of Product Managers, helping them grow and deliver impact.
- Build a strong, collaborative product culture rooted in customer empathy, problem-solving, and accountability.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster trust, alignment, and delivery excellence.
Execution & Delivery
- Own the product planning and prioritization process, including roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure teams are equipped to deliver high-quality products with clarity, speed, and attention to detail.
- Identify risks early and lead problem-solving to keep delivery on track.
Customer & Market Orientation
- Stay close to our customers—participate in advisory boards, roadmap sessions, and customer feedback loops.
- Work with GTM and support teams to turn insights into actionable product decisions.
- Track industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and differentiation.
What You WIll Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading product teams.
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS/AI platforms in complex, high-stakes, regulated domains.
- Experience building and leading globally distributed, high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of data provenance, traceability, and compliance workflows.
- Experience managing modular, extensible application platforms.
- Strong grasp of data models, permissioning, workflow engines, and user roles.
- Ability to define reusable capabilities that power multiple end-user applications.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with AI/ML teams to build intelligent agents, not just dashboards or rule-based tools.
- Understanding of how to structure agents: intent > questions > data > tools > orchestration.
- Knows how to drive explainability, governance, and human-in-the-loop principles into AI features.
- Deep focus on user value — especially in high-noise, high-urgency contexts (e.g., risk alerts, compliance violations).
- Knows how to extract insights from customers and convert them into agentic or traditional product capabilities.
- Track record of aligning engineering, design, data science, legal/compliance, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication — particularly translating complex regulatory/AI tradeoffs to execs.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Background in supply chain risk management or compliance.
- Experience navigating global enterprise customer environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and product operations best practices.
$170,000 - $185,000 a year
