About The Role

As Director of Talent Development & Business Partnership, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and accelerating Resilinc’sgrowth and innovation. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our global talent development, training, engagement, and HR Business Partner initiatives. 

This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with the Executive Team and managers to ensure our People programs are aligned with company priorities and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture where our team can thrive. 

You’ll lead a talented team based in India and drive company-wide programs across learning and development, performance, engagement, and community. At the same time, you’ll serve as a strategic HR thought partner to leaders across the business, helping to scale culture, support transformation, and unlock the full potential of our people. 

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate and modernize the People Success function at a mission-driven enterprise SaaS company building the world’s first Agentic AI Platform for Supply Chain Risk & Compliance. 


What You Will Do

Be a strategic business partner that leadership trusts for your HR expertise and business acumen

    • Be a key thought partner and trusted advisor to our Executive and Senior Leadership Team in coaching,influencing and supporting leaders and managers on all aspects of HR to ensure Resilinc has the right team, structure and strategy to achieve our goals.  Ensure People programs and strategies are meaningful, relevant, aligned to our values and foster a thriving, high-performing, inclusive culture. 
    • Lead our global HR Business Partner & Engagement team, ensuring we have the right balance of global and regionally focused programs across the employee life-cycle that will scale as Resilinc rapidly grows. Be a trusted advisor and expert on sensitive employee relations matters, guiding managers successfully and thoughtfully through conflict resolution and performance management challenges. Leverage expertise in change management to help leadership, management and the team navigate successfully through the cycles of change as we evolve from a start-up to a scale-up company. 
    • Partner on Resilinc’s transformation to an AI company and culture of innovation ensuring we are delivering against our AI operational strategy.  

Lead a culture of learning where our team achieves our full potential

    •  Cultivate a culture of curiosity, innovation and growth mindset through the design and development of a global training strategy that motivates and inspires our teams to take their skills to the next level.  
    • Partner on Resilinc’s transformation to an AI company and culture of innovation ensuring we are delivering against our AI operational strategy. Lead our AI up-skilling programs; identify and lead company wide curriculum and partner with each department to identify tailored solutions that ensure our team has the competencies, skills and capabilities needed to deliver our Agentic AI platform. 
    • Build leadership and management development programs that equip our leaders with the tools, methods and practices that create and sustain high performance, collaborative and inclusive teams. Oversee succession planning processes and development programs to build a strong internal pipeline of future leaders. 
    • Up-level our onboarding programs to ensure a fast track for success of new hires, setting them up with the connections, tools and resources to make an early impact.
    • Build internal mobility programs with career pathing and mentorship programs. Help our teams map out their career journey and see it scale as we scale the company. 

Cultivate continuous feedback & growth

    • Lead global feedback programs including feedback cycles, goal management and formal appraisal cycles. Use modern, global best practices balanced with regional and/or department requirements to ensure effectiveness of programs. Drive alignment to company priorities and goals, ensuring managers and teams set and track effective, specific and measurable goals. Coach managers and employees on setting personal development goals that help them meet or exceed their expectations for their career growth. 
    • Partner on organization design and workforce planning efforts to ensure the business has the right talent and critical skills to achieve our growth goals.  Ensure Resilinc is building the appropriate balance of people, process and systems that will build a highly efficient, effective and performing team.

    • Design and develop engagement programs that cultivate a strong sense of team, collaboration and communication in our fully remote, globally distributed company. 
    • Lead internal communication and community programs including company Town Halls, engagement in Teams channels, quarterly award & recognition programs, and other forums that ensure our team is continuously aligned to our business goals, company direction and is operating as one unit. 
    • Keep a constant pulse on the health of the organization through creating formal and informal channels of feedback. Understand what matters most to our team and advise leadership and management on actions and ideas for continuous improvement.  

Balance data and insights for action

    • Leverage data and analytics from our HRIS, Survey & Engagement and other platforms to assess trends in employee productivity, performance, turnover and engagement. Advise and provide insights to leadership on trends, emerging risks and recommend actions to improve.  
    • Develop dashboards and regular reporting for management and private equity sponsor stakeholders that monitor and help us effectively manage Resilinc’s organizational health.

What You Will Bring

    • 8+ years' experience leading and scaling global talent development, training and HR Business Partnership programs in a high growth, US headquartered, globally distributed and highly matrixed SaaS company required.
    • Deep understanding of US and international HR policies, labor laws, and cultural dynamics. Expertise working with and leading teams in India required. 
    • Modern and innovative mindset, understanding how to make HR best practices meaningful, relevant and aligned to what the business and team needs. Must demonstrate a strong business acumen and have been through a company scaling at Resilinc’s stage of growth.  
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; seasoned presenter comfortable in front of all audiences and demonstrated experience leading internal communication programs.  
    •  Ability to build and scale global HR programs from the ground up, taking extreme ownership, working alongside and delegating to the talented team around you, leading from start to finish. Program management and organizational skills must be core strengths. 
    • Expertise and excitement to work in a fully remote, globally distributed environment with a team working at a lightning pace. Must thrive in dealing with ambiguity and helping teams navigate through change.  
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire trust at all levels. Expertise in influencing and maintaining strong credibility with executive and senior leadership teams required. Exceptional coaching and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex organizational challenges.  
    • Expertise in modern HR systems and tools, and ability to leverage data analytics to drive business decisions.

$150,000 - $160,000 a year
