About the Role 
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the execution of high-impact product initiatives across our platform. This role will report to the Head of Product Management and work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, data science, customer success, and go-to-market to define and deliver key parts of our roadmap. 
You’ll help drive clarity and execution across one or more product areas—ranging from supply chain risk and compliance to data intelligence and AI-powered capabilities. 

What You Will Do

Product Execution and Roadmapping

    • Drive execution of roadmap initiatives from ideation through delivery—ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. 
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements and specifications. 
    • Manage day-to-day product development activities—sprint planning, backlog grooming, and trade-off decisions. 

Customer-Centered Innovation

    • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure we’re solving real problems. 
    • Contribute to product discovery efforts and work with design and research teams to test hypotheses and prioritize features. 
    • Stay informed on customer use cases, pain points, and industry trends to identify areas of opportunity. 

Team Collaboration & Communication

    • Serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and GTM teams—ensuring alignment and clear communication. 
    • Deliver clear product documentation, release plans, and stakeholder updates. 
    • Elevate product quality by focusing on usability, edge cases, and customer experience. 

What You Will Bring

    • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, data, or AI-driven environment 
    • Experience with supply chain, compliance, risk, or predictive analytics platforms 
    • Proven ability to manage complex feature sets and cross-functional execution 
    • Strong communication, analytical, and prioritization skills 
    • Experience working with distributed teams and cross-border stakeholders 
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership
