We're on the hunt for a talented QA Automation Engineer to take our testing frameworks to the next level and ensure our web, API, and mobile applications are flawless. If you're passionate about designing, building, and implementing cutting-edge automation tests that supercharge development, this role is for you!
What You Will Do
- Design and develop automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress for web and API testing.
- Build, optimize, and maintain test automation frameworks for seamless integration into development cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in automation into the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, as well as perform detailed regression testing.
- Manage database interactions and ensure the integrity of data with proficient use of SQL in PostgreSQL and MySQL environments.
- Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present testing metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compatibility of automation scripts across all platforms, including different browsers and mobile devices.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and delivery processes by integrating automated tests.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in QA automation.
- Proficient in programming with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Strong understanding of mobile testing frameworks and the unique challenges presented by different mobile platforms.
- Excellent skills in database management and data manipulation with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with various teams.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
