Customer insights are critical to building successful products and services. However, finding and interviewing the right people to uncover those insights is a time-consuming, expensive process that often results in researcher frustration. 

Respondent is building a new category marketplace that connects researchers with high-quality participants. By reducing research timelines from 4-6 weeks to days and shrinking costs by 90%+, we make business-changing insights available to researchers of all types -- from in-house research teams at Airbnb and Microsoft to startup founders hunting for product-market fit.

- You are passionate about finding great talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience 
- You are an excellent communicator and have a keen attention to detail
- You value following and building processes to improve the efficiency and speed at which we recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
- You are a team player, willing to work collaboratively and cross functionally to support your peers and teammates

What you’ll do:
- Source and identify talent through creative and non-traditional methods 
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview panels by providing guidance and support for interview scheduling and - candidate pipeline management
- Support with Benefits and Payroll administration
- Compliance of various state and federal requirements including: I-9 authorizations, background checks, etc. 
- Maintain organization and integrity of Respondent’s ATS 
- Manage and schedule candidate onboarding
