Customer insights are critical to building successful products and services. However, finding and interviewing the right people to uncover those insights is a time-consuming, expensive process that often results in researcher frustration.
Respondent is building a new category marketplace that connects researchers with high-quality participants. By reducing research timelines from 4-6 weeks to days and shrinking costs by 90%+, we make business-changing insights available to researchers of all types -- from in-house research teams at Airbnb and Microsoft to startup founders hunting for product-market fit.
About This Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, this role will drive successful delivery of high-quality participants for the studies that researchers publish on the Respondent platform. Our growing pool of 2M+ verified participants fills the needs of most researchers, but we aspire to deliver for every researcher and every project. This is where you come in!
We’re looking for someone who tenaciously sees projects through to completion. You can figure out how to find and connect with any audience while building the right team and process to do it over and over. Areas You’ll Work On
- Own the execution of our efforts to place high-quality participants into every user research study on the Respondent platform
- Work across multiple channels to source participants that are sought for those studies, all while prioritizing the projects that need attention.
- Become an expert in what prevents research projects from finding high-quality participants and execute a plan to eliminate those challenges
- Drive scale and automation where appropriate to engage and acquire participants for projects
- Track, measure, and report on the health of our participant pool and the effectiveness of our fulfillment efforts, sharing that data throughout the organization
- Manage & grow team of contractors while also performing fulfillment tasks (e.g., initiating outreach via multiple channels, sending emails, etc.) on your own
- Work with the Executive, Marketing, Product, and Customer Facing teams to identify, prioritize, and execute the fulfillment approaches that support our company objectives
